A Pragmatica Sanctio és annak értelmezései
Absztrakt :
Following the declaration of Charles IV at Eckartsau, among the famous jurists of the age the question of the scope of Acts I and II of 1723 provoked a strong polarisation, especially between the legitimists of national law and royalists. In my paper, I examined the antecedents and interpretations of the Pragmatica Sanctio and also the opinions and perceptions before and after the entry into force of the Act of Dethronisation – Act XLVII of 1921.
