Egy non-paper margójára
Absztrakt :
A probléma gyökere kettős: egyrészt Bosznia belső működésének zavarait jelzi, másrészt a szomszédok határvitáinak rendezetlensége is elvezethet a határok átrajzolásához. Tanulmányomban ezekre kívánom helyezni a hangsúlyt: a non-paperben megfogalmazottak miként jelentek meg a nacionalista tervekben és a határok visszás helyzete hogyan alakul ma a térségben.
With regard to the non-paper released in the spring of 2021, a number of speculations have been made about the identity of the maker or even with whom and how it was negotiated. It is envisaged that the partition of Bosnia and Herzegovina could lead to the unification of Greater Croatia and Greater Serbia, as well as the unification of Kosovo and Albania. All of these concepts fit into the history of nationalism of nations, for they have wanted to realize their ideas of a great state for centuries, for which they have also fought wars with each other. The root of the problem is twofold: on the one hand, it marks the disruption of Bosnia's internal functioning, and on the other hand, the disarray of its border disputes with its neighbors could lead to the redrawing of borders. In my study, I would like to focus on these: how what was stated in the non-paper appeared in nationalist plans and how the reverse situation of borders is developing in the region today.
