| Kivonat dc.description.abstract | The objective of the article is to verify the research hypothesis that the Polish rules of fiscal policy are susceptible to manipulation with the forecast GDP size adopted in the assumptions of the Budgetary Act. Such activities undertaken by the Council of Ministers lead to the creation of fiscal illusions and pose a threat to the financial order of the state. Therefore, they require the legislator to change the shape of the fiscal policy rules or to deprive the government of its competence to prepare macroeconomic forecasts for the budgetary procedure. | hu_HU |
