| Abstract dc.description.abstract | A honvédelmi szervezetek személyi kiegészítésének egyik feltétele különleges jogrendben, hogy a törvény alapján katonai szolgálatra tervezett személyek megfeleljenek a jogszabályokban meghatározott feltételeknek. A feltételek egyike az, hogy az érintett személy ne töltsön be olyan beosztást, amely meghagyásban van. A tanulmány bemutatja a meghagyás jelenlegi rendszerét, helyzetét és szerepét a honvédelmi szervezetek hadkiegészítésében. Megvizsgálja a katonai igazgatás szempontjából a különböző jogszabályokban meghatározottakat, rávilágít a hiányosságokra és pontatlanságokra, valamint ezek következményeire. | |
| Abstract dc.description.abstract | One of the conditions for the personnel supplementation of national defence organizations in a special legal order is that persons planned for military service on the basis of conscription meet the conditions specified in the legislation. One of the conditions is that the person concerned does not hold a post that is in retention. The lecture presents the current system, situation and role of the order in the military supplement of defence organizations. It examines the various pieces of legislation for the military administration and highlights shortcomings and inaccuracies and their consequences. | |
