Katonai helikopterek önvédelmi elektronikai hadviselési rendszereinek értékelési szempontjaival összefüggő súlyszámok meghatározása a fuzzy AHP módszer felhasználásával

Abstract

A cikkben bemutatom a több szempontú döntési modelleket. Rávilágítok a katonai helikopterek önvédelmi elektronikai hadviselési eszközök értékeléséhez felállított szempontrendszerre. Ismertetem ezen eszközök összehasonlításának preferencia-összefüggéseit reprezentáló súlyszámok megállapításához, a klasszikus (Analytic Hierarchy Process – AHP) és a fuzzy analitikus hierarchikus eljárás (Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process – Fuzzy AHP) módszerek alkalmazását. Meghatározom egy kezdeti kérdőíves felmérés, az AHP és a fuzzy AHP súlyszámait. Ezek összehasonlítását követően megvizsgálom, hogy alkalmas-e a fuzzy AHP módszerhez kapcsolódó páros kikérdezés a kezdeti online kérdőíves kikérdezés továbbfejlesztésére. Végezetül összefoglalom a kapott az eredményeket.

In this article, I present several aspects of the Multi Criteria Decision-Making. I highlight the system of criteria set up for the evaluation of electronic warfare (self-defence) systems in military helicopters. I describe the application of the classical (Analytical Hierarchy Process – AHP) and the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP) methods to determine the weighting number representing the preference relationships of the comparison of these tools. I determine the weights of an initial questionnaire survey, the AHP, and the Fuzzy AHP. After comparing these, I examine whether the pairwise comparison methods related to the Fuzzy AHP method is suitable for further development of the initial online questionnaire survey. Finally, I summarise the results obtained.
