Az egyetemek jelene és jövőképe

Abstract

Jelen tanulmány szerzője hat évtizede egyetemi katedrán álló és fél évszázada a magyar felsőok-tatás és a tehetséggondozás szervezésében, irányításában részt vevő, sok tapasztalattal rendelkező szakember, aki az egyetemi jelen- és jövőkép szerteágazó témakörének egy-egy kiragadott fókuszát elemzi munkájában. A szerző a hazai felsőoktatás rendszerének különböző képzési módjait ele-mezve mutatja be a hatékony és minőségi felsőoktatást eredményező módszereket, továbbá a fel-sőoktatás-igazgatás aktualitását is érinti az alapítványi működési modell vizsgálatán keresztül. Zárásként pedig a felsőoktatás jövőjével kapcsolatban fogalmazza meg premisszáit.

The author of the present study is an expert with six decades of experience in the organisation and management of Hungarian higher education and talent management, who analyses a selected focus of the diverse topics of the present and future vision of universities. By analysing the different ways of training in the domestic higher education system, the author presents the methods that lead to efficient and quality higher education, and also touches upon the topicality of higher education administration through an examination of the foundation operating model. The work concludes with a set of premises for the future of higher education.
