Még a Hegyen – régi helyszínen új identitás építése

Abstract

A szerző a tanulmányban részletesen kifejti az infrastrukturális nehézsége­ket, a jelentősen leromlott fizikai környezet okozta kihívásokat, a megváltozó elvárásokat, a megemelt követelmények rendszerét, a szervezeti útkeresés, megújulás folyamatát, a Rendészeti Kiképzési és Nevelési Intézet létrehozá­sát, oktatásszervezés, oktatás, profiltisztítás folyamatát, a képzési portfólió átalakítását, a társkarok közötti átoktatás rendszerének megalapozását, új szakirányok létrehozását, az évenkénti közös közszolgálati gyakorlatok be­vezetését. Fontos mérföldkő volt a Rendészettudományi Doktori Iskola lét­rehozásának előkészítése, majd akkreditációjának megindítása, a külföldi kapcsolatrendszer erősödése.

In this study, the author provides a detailed description of infrastructural problems, challenges caused by the significantly deteriorated physical environment, changing expectations, the framework of increased regulations, the process of organisational development and renewal, the establishment of the Institute of Law Enforcement Training and Education, the process of educational management as well as teaching and profiling, the reconstruction of the training portfolio, the establishment of the inter­departmental educational system, the creation of new specialisations, and the introduction of the annual joint public service practice. The preparation for the establishment of the Doctoral School of Law Enforcement and the launch of its accreditation process, together with the strengthening of foreign relations mark important milestones.
