Kivonat dc.description.abstract | This paper, using the formation of the national public utility company as an example, describes some key strategy shifts in the Hungarian energy policy. Whereas the centralised, state-controlled national public utility is merely five years old; still, it has already a ‘long’ and thought-provoking history. While public utilities traditionally focused on operational excellence, currently a greater emphasis is placed on a differentiation strategy and customer focus. | hu_HU |
