A tömeges méretű illegális migráció pszichés következményei a rendészeti feladatellátás során

Abstract

A Magyarországot érintő tömeges illegális migráció okozta válsághelyzet kezelése számos új kihívást jelent a Rendőrség számára. A legjelentősebb feladat az ideiglenes biztonsági határzár őrzése, melyben a Készenléti Rendőrség állományán túl az összes megyének részt kell vállalnia az ideiglenesen felállított csapat-szolgálati századaival. A csapatszázadokban feladatot ellátó állomány ‒ a körülmények okozta ‒ pszichés terheit és azok következményeit igyekeztünk körül járni egy 2016-ban végzett vizsgálat nyomán. Megállapíthattuk, hogy ez a szolgálatellátási mód a rendőri munkának egy speciális stresszforrását jelenti, és az állomány magánéletére is változatos hatást gyakorol. Bizonyítást nyert, hogy többek között megnövekedett munkahelyi stresszt éltek meg a vizsgálat alanyai, illetve a stressz utólagos otthoni levezetésére a férfiak hajlamosabbak voltak a korábbi életmódjukhoz képest több alkoholt fogyasztani. A téma további kutatásokat igényel annak érdekében, hogy a stresszterheltség kapcsán megjelenő eset-leges pszichés elváltozások hathatós megelőzését eszközölhessünk

The effect of illegal migration – in which Hungary is involved – contains numerous great challenges for the Hungarian Police to solve. The most significant task is guarding the temporary security border, which is executed by both Operational Police and the designated law enforcement units of every county police department. Based on the study from 2016 we tried to assess the psychological burdens and its consequences, for whose are delegating to various tasks in these units. We concluded that this method of service meant a special source of stress and it affected the private life of the personnel. For example explores the impact of the increased workplace stress and consumption of alcohol at home. This topic needs further analysis, in order that we can prevent the probable psychological disorders.
