A Magyar Honvédség személyi állományának egészségi státusza

Abstract

A cikk reprezentatív mintavételen keresztül kérdőíves és mélyinterjús vizsgálati módszerekkel mutatja be a Magyar Honvédség állományának általános egészségi állapot státuszát. Az egészségi állapotot meghatározó tényezők, az egészségi állapot megítélése, az egészségi panaszok, az egészségügyi szolgáltatás igénybevétele, a szűrővizsgálatokon való részvétel és a pszichés állapot kérdéskörén át képet kapunk, hogy hogyan ítélik meg egészségi állapotukat a civil lakossághoz képest, milyen külső és belső körülményeknek tulajdonítják egészségi állapotuk változását. Megállapítást nyert, hogy a hadsereg sajátosságai közül egyértelműen pozitívan ítélik meg az éve, kötelező szűrővizsgálati rendszert, míg negatív sajátosságként hangsúlyozzák a stressz állandó magas szintjét. A mélyinterjúkban megjelenik az egészség-meg-őrzés intézményi szükségessége.

The article presents the health status of the representative sample of the substance of Hungarian Armyvia the examining methods of survey and interview. Through the questions of factors influencing thehealth status, considering heath status, health complaints, taking the services of heath care, participatingat screening examinations and through the questions of psychological status a picture is obtained of howtheir health is considered compared to the civil population, of what internal and external circumstancesare caused for the changes in their health status. It is established, that among the features of the armythe annual, compulsory screening examination is considered to be obviously positive while the constanthigh level of stress is emphasised as negative. During interviews occurs the necessity of institutionalhealth saving.
