Az osteopoposis és a rehabilitáció
Absztrakt :
A betegek száma egyre nő, többek
között a lakosság elöregedése illetve a civilizációs ártalmak miatt. Nő az osteoporosissal kapcsolatba hozható
törések száma is. A betegség megelőzése (felvilágosítás, életmód, szűrés, gyógyszeres terápia) lényegesen
Indokolom a prevenció előnyeit a porotikus törés kezelésével szemben.
Osteoporosis is an endemic disease in Hungary, similarly as occurs in other parts of Europe. The number of patients has been steadily increasing due to the ageing of the population and to civilizational harms. The number
of fractures related to osteoporosis also increases. The prevention to the illness (information, way of life,
screening, medication) besides resulting in a better quality of life costs less, than do the treatment and rehabilitation of the fractures. In our hospital the proportion of patients undergone rehabilitation from osteoporosis has
risen significantly in the last five years and we have gained remarkable experience on this field. The rehabilitation process of osteoporotic patients is further detailed in this paper providing arguments rather for the prevention than the treatment of the fracture, alone.
