Similarites and differences

Abstract

In historical perspective it is not so long time ago when black human rights movements gained superiority over the system of segregation in the United States. The idea to compare their characteristics with the recent im-provements of the ethnic Romany minorities in Hungary or in Central-Europe seems to be absolutely necessary for further research in the relations of the minorities and the law-enforcement i.e. my research topic. As we fol-low the improvements step-by-step, from the dark slavery to the constitutionally guaranteed civil rights we will understand so many important elements in their fight, such as the nature of the processes, the role of non-violence and the milestones in general. This analysis may lead to identify some similarities, parallels or even to deny the availability of such relations between their efforts for gaining principle of equality.
